oooh... that sucks. I've been there, that's no fun. I'm currently sporting the 'weird lump in my cheek and can't get in to see a dr for 3 weeks' look. It's truly lovely. Praying for speedy healing.
Zovirax. Sold internationally - I even found it in Barcelona after my lower lip got covered in about 6 of them all at once. Check it out. :D Although you may need a prescription for it - I do here.
